KPearce Coaching and Consulting

KPearce Coaching and Consulting was developed out of the understanding that all people have the ability to better understand how to create their own success.  Kristen Pearce has been working in the helping profession for over 20 years.  She received her Masters in Social Work from University of South Carolina in 2007 and has grown her passion for helping others into the career of her dreams.  Throughout her time in the helping profession she found the most joy in helping her staff, residents and clients find their own path to success.  She does this by combining honesty and empathy, which are often missing from our world. Kristen believes in active and engaged listening, to help each person remove their own barriers.
